About us:
Ralendo Fashion is a growing fashion store focused on women's clothing. Our boutique combines style, quality, and excellent service to provide our customers with the perfect shopping experience. For our physical store, we are looking for an energetic and passionate Shop Assistant.

What will you do?

• Welcome customers and provide personal styling advice.

• Assist customers in selecting the right size, fit, and style.

• Maintain an attractive store presentation and ensure the boutique always looks its best.

• Answer customer enquiries in-store and by phone.

• Support with restocking and processing new deliveries.

• Operate the cash register and ensure smooth payment transactions.

What do you bring?

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.

• A passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Flexibility to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

• A team player with a proactive attitude and eye for detail.

What do we offer?

• A part-time or full-time role (16–40 hours per week).

• Salary between €12 and €14 gross per hour, depending on experience.

• 8% holiday pay and staff discount on our collection.
